This is a fully customizable session based on your needs and wants. The goal is to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, think rest and digest. This is what will help you to relax, feel refreshed and sleep better. I use a targeted approach spending a great deal of time on the head and neck. A combination of techniques are used, and they are all divine!
