Post-Op Client Appointments
Q: What should I do if I can’t find a suitable appointment time on the schedule?
A: If you're a post-op client and the available times don't meet your needs, please contact me directly at 862-228-1400 to arrange your appointment. I’ll do my best to accommodate your schedule.
Gift Certificates
Q: Does the price of a gift certificate include sales tax?
A: No, the purchase price of gift certificates covers the service only. New Jersey sales tax will be charged at the time of redemption to the person redeeming the gift certificate.
Packages
Q: Can I share my package with family members or my spouse?
A: My packages are designed for individual use and cannot be shared, even among family members or spouses. This ensures each client receives the personalized care and tracking that my services provide.
Refund and Sales
Q: What is your refund policy for pre-purchased sessions or services?
A: All sales are final, and no refunds will be given for any reason. If you need to cancel a pre-purchased session, you won't receive a refund, but you will have a credit for the full amount you paid in your account, provided you adhere to our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Appointments must be canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid fees. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee equal to the full cost of the service. No-show/no-call will forfeit any prepayment and require prepayment for all future sessions.
